Renting my first apartment was made easy with Belvoir. Ellie has been so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process and I could not be happier with the way everything has been handled. Ellie is super responsive and always has the answer to any questions we have, Belvoir has been brilliant as a first time renter. My experience with this letting agent was unsatisfactory. The property condition was average during the tenancy, but there was a significant disagreement regarding the state of the property upon move-out. The agent proposed deductions that I considered beyond reasonable grounds. As we could not reach an agreement, the case had to be escalated to the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), and I was only able to recover a portion of the deposit. I was disappointed with how the agent handled the move-out process. I am sharing my experience as a reminder to future tenants to thoroughly document the property's condition at both move-in and move-out to protect your own interests.<br><br>???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
