Renting my first apartment was made easy with Belvoir. Ellie has been so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process and I could not be happier with the way everything has been handled. Ellie is super responsive and always has the answer to any questions we have, Belvoir has been brilliant as a first time renter. If you want a letting agent who is always quick to respond, incredibly kind and helpful that is Ellie.

We rented with Belvoir Bolton for close to a year, from the initial viewing, where Charlotte gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property, through to living there, where Will handled day-to-day correspondence and Roger was always quick and efficient with repair queries. A huge thank you to all of you: the service you delivered was by far the best I've experienced, and I've rented through several letting agencies to date.<br><br>A special thank you to Will for his help with the move out process. He even came to the property to help me put up the curtains! And thank you to Roger for always staying on top of repairs and being clear and thorough throughout.<br><br>It was a pleasure to rent with you, and I most certaintly will be doing so again in the future.
