Myself and my partner Zack have had such a great experience with beresfords! They have been so thorough in helping us find somewhere and constantly providing us with options in our price range and requirements, they were also so accommodating with viewings and fitting us in around working hours etc!<br>Katy Tompkin has been an angel and helped us secure our rental property that will now become our first little home! Fantastic experience from start to finish!<br><br>Out of all the property agents in the local area, Stacey completely stood out. From our very first viewing, she was incredibly friendly, never pressuring, and never rushed us. She genuinely listened to our needs, offered her expert professional opinion when we needed it, and her warm nature made the entire experience a pleasure.<br>Communication was always regular and clear throughout the process. Especially when we ran into a few issues along the way, Stacey kept us fully updated and always took the time to help. She truly exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond wherever she could. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile.<br>The entire team at Beresfords in Ingatestone is a wonderful blend of warm, friendly, and professional—with a helpful mention to the store manager, Paul, who was also always at hand to help manage everything smoothly. We bought our first home with Beresford, Harold Wood! The best service I received from a estate agent, since hunting for our new home! I do not think, words can describe how amazing the team were.<br><br>Throughout our home-buying process, Tom and Amelia were incredibly communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development.<br><br>A big massive shout out to Tom, he took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. His personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found the perfect home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!<br><br>We were outbid as well, for our home. However, Tom worked his magic!<br><br>Gosh, we even managed to get a number of viewings before we exchanged contracts! This is was very reassuring for us.<br><br>I cannot thank enough how outstanding experience we had with Beresford, Harold Wood.<br><br>Highly recommend for first time buyers and even sellers. Even though we did not find a property in Writtle or Roxwell, I would still recommend Ben and Suzie, they were both lovely, very easy to talk to, very informative and helpful in our search. We have now found our dream home in Galleywood. Thank you both.

To say Olivia changed our lives would genuinely be an understatement.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward move turned into a much longer and far more stressful process than we ever anticipated, but Olivia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home.
