Eleanor was very helpful when I was looking for a new place to rent. She was professional, and always easy to reach.<br><br>I would also like to shout out to Rachel, who has been very diligent in her property management. She is typically speedy in responding to emails and liaising with the landlord and repair personnel.

Huge thank you to Olivia and the team at Beresfords in Maldon for their incredible service throughout our property purchase. We have recently used Beresfords for our house sale. We can't recommend them enough. It hasn't been an easy ride. What with a neighbourly dispute that turned things sideways just when we thought we were done amongst other things. Susie and Ben have supported us through all of the process with integrity, professionalism and honesty that I don't think other companies could match.<br>Rest assured that Beresfords and their team work with you and for you. My experience of others is not the same.... Why go anywhere else? When Beresfords are undoubtedly the best.

Right from the first meeting Kimberley and her team were open, honest and transparent in all our dealings. In a difficult market we were having 2-3 viewings a week- all of which were undertaken by Beresfords staff. They answered emails promptly and were very welcoming when we popped into the branch for updates. This is the first time we have used an estate agent in 40 years and the experience has been good and when 'challenges' have come along the team have been very helpful and kept us in the loop.
