Poor service and extortionate fee for an admin check over 4 times the amount my solicitor charged for the same service.<br>When they sent their bill to my solicitor on completion it was over £1,000 higher than we had agreed!<br>They did eventually sell the house after a buyer dropped out because he couldn't get a mortgage even though Bridgfords had checked him out and said he had a mortgage.<br>Use another Agent!

We recently sold our house through Bridgfords in Penketh and, whilst it wasn't the smoothest journey due to circumstances outside of their control, the team remained supportive, professional and proactive throughout.<br><br>A special mention must go to Lilia, whose hard work, persistence and excellent communication helped keep everything moving forward when challenges arose. I can’t recommend this estate agents enough. The whole process has been great from start to finish, especially after having such an awful experience with another estate agent and unfortunately being scammed previously.<br><br>The team have been professional, supportive, and made everything feel so much easier. I have recently dealt with Bridgefords at Culcheth regarding the sale of my property. I cannot commend Andrew and his team enough for their help and support through the process. I had previously dealt with another very popular estate agents who left me feeling very unsupported and disheartened with terrible communication. From the moment I contacted Andrew he was extremely accommodating and understanding of my circumstances and could not do enough to help. The main point for me is Andrew and team are so warm and approachable and delicate with the fact that selling your home is a huge life changing process and can be extremely stressful, I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions and I feel they understood the weight of the process which was very important to me.
