From the moment I entered the agency for first time to the handing over of keys for my house purchase, everyone in the team was genuinely helpful. Buying process can be very stressful and James and Richard were very proactive in chasing seller and its lawyers. They also have Hammad as mortgage advisor who was also very helpful in Sorting my mortgage. I will recommend using Bridgeford Withington to every one and will not go elsewhere where myself. I want to thank Richard , James, Hammad , Millie and every one in team for their outstanding service.

Great experience with Bridgfords Sale, especially working with Rheanna. We are relocating from a city 4 hours away, which made things tricky, but she was really patient with us and took the time to understand our needs and circumstances throughout. Made the whole process professional and much less stressful.

As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k.
Making my house seem unsellable.
Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback.
I made a big mistake using them.
What they promise around your dining table is not what you get.
I am using a different agent.
