I have bought and sold several hundred properties in recent years and Angela Brett is amongst the best agents I have dealt with.<br><br>Updates came once or twice a week with no chasing from me, and she negotiated aggressively on my behalf, even getting an improvement on an offer I was already willing to accept. I would highly recommend the services of this branch.

I have worked with Becky closely throughout the process of letting for the first time. I have found Cubitt and West staff to be patient, informative and driven to provide great customer service.<br><br>I was previously advertising my flat with an alternative agency. Katarina and the team have been incredible through the long and often complicated process of selling our flat in Reigate. They have been patient, and the right amount of flexible yet forceful when needed. They are also fantastic communicators. We got lots of updates when we were on the market and they were super proactive with getting us viewings. Particularly compared to other estate agents we have been with before. Once we were in the process of selling the support didn't stop, it was truly brilliant. We really appreciate all the effort that went into this sale and would 100% recommend them to anyone selling in Reigate!

They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold.
I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed.
However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

Really lovely buying experience from this estate agent. Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

When dealing with my agent Nichole she put me at ease explained everything clearly with no pressure or feeling uncomfortable. It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions.
I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her.
