Cubitt & West in Banstead, have been responsible for putting my flat on the market. Fran, Natasha, Lauren and Carole have been nothing but professional, very good, clear communication and have expertly advertised my flat which is a tough sell. In fact, I bought the flat from them many years ago also. Additionally, they have also dealt with the rental management for nearly 10 years. They really are a friendly, upbeat bunch and would recommend them 100%!!!

What can I say to truly convey my positivity and trust towards the team at the Caterham Branch in their true value - All the team have been polite/helpful, proactive and no task is too much for them.<br>We put our house on the market in Chaldon, at what proved to be a very tricky market this summer. The branch manager, Daniel was very honest in his valuation initially. We tried the higher value but despite their best efforts in marketing fully for us, we had no joy. Following a price reduction suggested by us, the team stepped up the marketing again, re-listed to potential purchasers and immediately updated the websites. Here we are, 9 viewings later and now under offer, chain complete, our purchase confirmed and solicitors in touch. Fingers crossed this will progress to completion now, I have faith in the team.<br>Special mentions to Kristine and the lovely Lily-Mae and of course, Daniel for his patience and superior experience of property sales in the area.<br>Highly recommend if you are thinking of marketing your property in Chaldon or the local area!

Cubitt & West recently sold my late father's, and our lifelong family, home, in Kingston, near Lewes. I can not praise them highly enough for their proactivity, advice, enduring patience as my siblings have little or no experience of selling property, their professionalism and friendliness. Max, Sophie and Fred were all so lovely and approachable. In particular we struck up a very amusing banter with Fred Thorne over our shared love of animals, especially about our chubby cat. Fred was particularly proactive in selling our house and I just want to thank him especially for helping to make the heartbreaking decision to have to sell our family home so much more easy and bearable. Well done to all at the Lewes Branch but special thanks go to Fred for supporting us and providing the humour in such a stressful situation.

They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold.
I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed.
However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

Was advised to sell by modern auction which proved successful. Estate agent came to my house to help fill in forms re auction which was very helpful as I was selling house for relative in care home.
