I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

I can’t express how amazing Jayde and her team have been in helping with the sale of my house. She has done so much to get it across the finishing line. We lost our original buyer and she found us another one and to the end date within 4 extra weeks!! I would definitely recommend and /or use again. Thank you!!

What can I say? Katie and the team at Cubitt & West were simply first class. Communication was always clear, there was absolutely no BS, and they were incredibly responsive at every stage of the sale of our flat.<br><br>A special shout out to Tamsin and Alessandra too — both fantastic throughout.<br><br>Estate agents can get a lot of negative press, but these guys proved that stereotype completely wrong. Professional and genuinely great to deal with.<br><br>Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with Katarina throughout my recent property search. Although I ultimately decided not to purchase in Reigate, her knowledge of the local area was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the travel links to London, local amenities, and the wide range of activities and opportunities available.<br>Her customer service was excellent throughout and she was always helpful, professional and genuinely interested in finding the right property for me.<br><br>If I am ever in a position to purchase another property in the area, I would have no hesitation in asking for Katarina personally to help me again. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold.
I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed.
However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

Really lovely buying experience from this estate agent. Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

Was advised to sell by modern auction which proved successful. Estate agent came to my house to help fill in forms re auction which was very helpful as I was selling house for relative in care home.
