I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

I can’t express how amazing Jayde and her team have been in helping with the sale of my house. She has done so much to get it across the finishing line. We lost our original buyer and she found us another one and to the end date within 4 extra weeks!! I would definitely recommend and /or use again. Thank you!!

What can I say? Katie and the team at Cubitt & West were simply first class. Communication was always clear, there was absolutely no BS, and they were incredibly responsive at every stage of the sale of our flat.<br><br>A special shout out to Tamsin and Alessandra too — both fantastic throughout.<br><br>Estate agents can get a lot of negative press, but these guys proved that stereotype completely wrong. Professional and genuinely great to deal with.<br><br>Highly recommended!

We are buying through Patcham Cubitt and West. We have had a fantastic experience so far. Eloise and Zak have been really great at helping us find our new house. They've really taken the time to get to know our needs. They have been patient and accommodating with us asking for lots of repeat viewings.

I have been working with Connor O’Hara over the past few months to find a property in Woodingdean. Connor has been a stellar agent with great communication. He has identified properties that closely match what I am looking for, and hasn't been pushing for properties outside my search (which is common among agents and can be frustrating). He has been flexible with viewings and maintained good communication via regular phone calls. He has also always had hand-outs with particulars to share upon viewing properties, and brought additional particulars for my family members when they came along for second viewings. Connor is very professional, friendly, understanding, and responsive.
