I have bought and sold several hundred properties in recent years and Angela Brett is amongst the best agents I have dealt with.<br><br>Updates came once or twice a week with no chasing from me, and she negotiated aggressively on my behalf, even getting an improvement on an offer I was already willing to accept. I would highly recommend the services of this branch.

I have worked with Becky closely throughout the process of letting for the first time. I have found Cubitt and West staff to be patient, informative and driven to provide great customer service.<br><br>I was previously advertising my flat with an alternative agency. Was advised to sell by modern auction which proved successful. Estate agent came to my house to help fill in forms re auction which was very helpful as I was selling house for relative in care home.

I never felt like just another client or another property on their books. They took the time to understand my circumstances, offered honest advice and support, and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful and overwhelming, but they made everything feel so much easier. Their communication and support was exceptional – Zak and Eloise were always available to answer my questions and queries, offer support and kept me updated throughout the entire process.<br><br>Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding, but it was their kindness and ability to go above and beyond that made the biggest difference. I can thoroughly recommend the team at the Woodingdean Cubitt and West branch. During our search for a property we were helped by all of them - John, Lisa, Kelly, Donna - with viewing properties and finally closing a deal on our dream home. Garry then ensured everything progressed smoothly to completion. All the team were knowledgeable about the area, attentive, welcoming (especially when I kept anxiously popping in to the branch!) and reassuring during a challenging time for us.
