Stephen and his team in the Crosby branch were really helpful and couldn’t fault them throughout the sale of our property. I would have no problem recommending the Crosby branch to sell or buy through.
However… be warned that if you do use Entwistle Green they charge a seemingly extortionate inflated AML fee, well above what is charged by others such as solicitors to carry out these AML checks.

Amber, Sarah and Conor were a pleasure to work with. No pressure and pushy sales. They were thoughtful and respectful of our time and home. The photos for our property were fantastic and we had 3 offers to choose from. Clear communication helped us manage our expectations and now we’ve accepted an offer the process is going smoothly. I’d recommend this team to anyone in Liverpool looking to sell their property.

I want to thank mya for showing me around a viewing recently. You can really tell she knows the properties well and cares about helping people find the right home. Recently viewed a property for sale. The estate agent made us feel very awkward by following us round everywhere. When we asked very basic and common questions such as 'how old is the boiler?' we were met with 'I don't know, I just do the viewings'. I even emailed some questions to them 7 days ago and had no reply. It may not matter to them, but when I'm potentially making the biggest purchase of my life, it's important that basic questions are answered so I can make these big financial decisions. If they handle viewings in this poor way, I dread to think how they handle the whole buying/selling process!

Would not recommend — the staff were lovely at first, but the lack of communication, internal errors, and complete mismanagement have caused us unnecessary stress, financial loss, and a huge amount of frustration. Definitely avoid
