Stephen and his team in the Crosby branch were really helpful and couldn’t fault them throughout the sale of our property. I would have no problem recommending the Crosby branch to sell or buy through.
However… be warned that if you do use Entwistle Green they charge a seemingly extortionate inflated AML fee, well above what is charged by others such as solicitors to carry out these AML checks.

Amber, Sarah and Conor were a pleasure to work with. No pressure and pushy sales. They were thoughtful and respectful of our time and home. The photos for our property were fantastic and we had 3 offers to choose from. Clear communication helped us manage our expectations and now we’ve accepted an offer the process is going smoothly. I’d recommend this team to anyone in Liverpool looking to sell their property.

I want to thank mya for showing me around a viewing recently. You can really tell she knows the properties well and cares about helping people find the right home. Entwistle Green were our seller’s solicitors so we had a lot of dealings with them throughout the process, they were quick to respond and always provided useful information and updates to help us move things forward. I’ve had a really good experience with Entwistle Green on two separate occasions when letting out my property. On both occasions, the team was professional and proactive. They secured suitable tenants quickly and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly and timely, handling everything efficiently — from marketing the property to referencing and finalising the tenancy agreements.
I’m very happy with their services and would happily use them again in the future.

Sadie & Lauren were both professional & very friendly when speaking to them on the phone.
