Excellent service from start to finish. We switched to Fox and Sons after 6 weeks of very little interest and had a buyer the first day. Aaron kept in touch and was proactive throughout. House selling is stressful but they made it as smooth as possible.

I wanted to leave a specific review for Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh, as his support throughout my transaction was exceptional - even though Eastleigh were not the primary branch I was selling with.<br><br>In all honesty, he went above and beyond took real ownership of the process, and consistently stepped in to keep things moving when it mattered most.<br><br>His communication was excellent - regular updates, quick responses, and a genuine effort to keep everything on track. What really stood out was his willingness to chase progress, and resolve issues, despite not being directly responsible for my case.<br><br>His professionalism, efficiency, and commitment did not go unnoticed, and he made a stressful process significantly easier to manage.<br><br>I would highly recommend Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh to anyone looking for an estate agent who is proactive, supportive, and truly invested in delivering a great service.

Duncan Thomas of the lettings department in the Taunton Office, along with his colleague Romana in have both enabled me to feel relaxed about using the full management service for the rental of my Taunton property. They keep me informed of what's happening so that I can still make my own choices in relation to maintenance and tenancies, but I am confident that they will get any issues sorted for me. I went into the branch today to arrange a viewing. Later I received a confirmation email followed immediately by an email saying the viewing had been cancelled. I've emailed, left a voicemail and tried calling several times. No answer, no response and apparently no viewing.....?
