I had an excellent experience with Fox & Sons, thanks to an outstanding team including Ben Dann, James Plater, Kirsty, and Ben Simmons. From start to finish, everyone was professional, approachable, and incredibly responsive, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.
Ben Dann stood out for his clear communication and attention to detail, always keeping me informed and ensuring I understood each step. James Plater was equally impressive, offering honest advice and going above and beyond to keep everything on track. Kirsty was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always quick to respond to any queries. Ben Simmons also played a key role, showing real dedication and making sure everything progressed seamlessly.
What really set this team apart was their transparency and willingness to help at every stage. No question felt too small, and any issues were handled quickly and calmly.

Ted was by far the standout agent we dealt with during our Kemptown search.
I actually dropped into the branch unannounced and he immediately gave me his full attention, putting everything else aside to help. He took the time to properly understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful, practical advice rather than simply sending listings.
He was generous with his time, proactive, and genuinely engaged throughout. In a market where that level of service is rare, Ted is a real credit to the Kemptown team. I would highly recommend him!

Fos and Sons - Marta and David have been brilliant throughout. Whilst they weren't able to match me with the property I wanted, they were very supportive and didn't ever give me the hard sell. David was very helpful with the mortgage broking side of things. Thank you!

Isaac and Anna were both absolutely fantastic.
Anna was very accommodating when it came to the viewings and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She helped me, and continues to help me, with the house buying process.
Isaac was very energetic and sweet, he has kept in touch with me throughout the process and was lovely to talk to in regards to the mortgage aspect of the process. He was very informative throughout.
Although… I’m shocked he’s never had a Toby Carvery, that needs to be sorted.

I have just completed my first-buyer journey of purchasing my first ever home with Fox and Sons. Specifically, Peter from the Taunton branch was my representative and overlooked my purchase.
Right from the first viewing of the property, Peter was accomodating, informative, and very open to answering my questions. Throughout the entire process, Peter was timely in responding to my emails and requests for information. He assisted with chasing the seller's solicitors when needed, which was immensely helpful in expediting the process and keeping things moving forward smoothly.
Thank you again Peter for all your help - I highly recommend him and the entire Fox and Sons team!

Overall a very good service especially at the beginning when Ben valued the property and supplied all information required to assist us with marketing the property and also later when Laurence became involved and was our main link with relaying information and keeping us updated until the sale was completed. During the middle part of the process there were a number of times that I telephoned the office for updates or information and each time was promised a call back which unfortunately didn’t happen.
