I can’t thank Jordan enough for all her help and support throughout the mortgage process. Her knowledge, professionalism and patience were invaluable, and she was always on hand to answer my questions and explain everything clearly whenever I was unsure about something.<br><br>The whole mortgage process felt so much less daunting knowing I had someone so knowledgeable and supportive guiding me through it. I’m incredibly grateful for all her help in getting me to this point and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage adviser. Thank you so much for everything!

I had a really positive experience with the Mortgage Advisor Leah Stephens. Although I ultimately didn’t take my mortgage through them, the advice and guidance I received was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions.<br><br>I really appreciated the honest and helpful advice, and I never felt pressured to proceed. Even though I didn’t end up using their services for my mortgage, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy mortgage advice.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Fox & Sons over the past year, and I want to give particular recognition to Isaac, their mortgage services consultant, who has been genuinely outstanding throughout the entire process. From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. Buying a property can be a very stressful experience — especially as a first?time buyer — but Isaac’s input made navigating the process far less daunting.<br><br>Isaac's professionalism, dedication, and genuinely pleasant approach made a huge difference to my experience. Fox & Sons are lucky to have him, and I’d highly recommend both the company and Isaac to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and personable guidance during their home?buying journey.

I honestly can’t thank Adam enough for everything he did during my move.<br><br>As a single woman with severe disabilities selling a house on my own, I was genuinely very scared and worried about the whole process and how I was going to manage everything. From the very start, Adam was incredibly warm and made me feel like I wasn’t facing it all alone. He went above and beyond to help me in ways I would never have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Before the photos were taken, Adam even got stuck in and helped me make sure the house looked its absolute best, from hoovering to helping with the little finishing touches. Because of my disabilities, there were things I simply couldn’t manage myself, so having him step in without hesitation and help in such a practical and thoughtful way meant more to me than he probably ever realised.<br><br>Once we found a buyer, things became pretty stressful with the chain and there always seemed to be some new uncertainty. Adam was there the whole way through, keeping me updated, reassuring me when I was worried and chasing solicitors whenever things needed pushing. He was always happy to talk to me on the phone, even during the times when I was calling a lot because I was worried or anxious about what was happening. He never made me feel like I was a nuisance and was incredibly patient, kind and reassuring.<br><br>When the stress of the move became overwhelming and made me very unwell, Adam was genuinely so supportive and understanding. Every time there was paperwork or documents that needed dealing with, he would come round to help me complete them and make sure they were sent to the right people. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him.<br><br>The move genuinely wouldn’t have happened without him. Then, the day before completion, he came back one last time to help hoover again so the house was ready for the new owners. That’s the kind of care and service you just don’t expect these days.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about the person behind the sale and will do everything he can to get your move over the finish line, I couldn’t recommend Adam at Fox & Sons highly enough. I’ll always be incredibly grateful for everything he did for me.

Fox & Sons successfully sold my property, and for that I am grateful. However, I was disappointed with the level of service once a buyer had been found.<br><br>Communication was good initially but became disappointing as the sale progressed. Calls and emails often took several days to be returned, and I regularly found myself chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. An additional £99 + VAT AML/ID fee was also added, which I hadn't expected, and the property video that had been discussed never materialised.<br><br>The sale did complete successfully, but there was no communication to congratulate us on exchanging or completing, despite these being significant milestones. The invoice, however, arrived very promptly.<br><br>For a fee of around £3,000 plus VAT, I expected a more proactive and personal service throughout the transaction. Everyone I dealt with was polite, and I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively because better communication would make a huge difference to the overall customer experience.

LAURENCE - MORTAGE ADVISOR<br>An absolute legend ???? Me and my partner are first time buyers currently going through our first sale. Laurence has been nothing but a 10/10 mortgage advisor. He’s helped us every step of the way, answering every question we have, no matter how small! He spoke through everything to help us clearly understand each step, really appreciated this as it’s very daunting for first time buyers. He is SUPER quick with all his responses, even till late into the evenings! Truly couldn’t recommend him enough for anyone starting this process!! THANK YOU LAURENCE! ????????

They are very very rude thats all i can say. They came to measure and the girl came in with dirty feet and got mess on my back bedroom carpet which i have never mentioned to them. I dumped them them because they kept askung us to drop the price of our house. They said if i used another agent ud have to mention the one lady who came round to view our house. I was subsequently told by a female nember if staff that there was no way this lady would have brought our house. They are very very rude, and they lock you into a 20 week contract without telling you, so make sure you read the contract. We would never use fox and sons again ever. We will be putting our house back up for sale in a couple if years time, but we wont be using this agent. A couple of the female in there are very rude.
