Foxtons is a great institution and it’s always a good experience doing business with them. All of the staff I have dealt with have always accommodated to my needs and been friendly to engage with. There is one extremely pleasant and hard working woman who I have to give a mention to however. Ellie Slaughter will always go above and beyond for any client. She is the most hard working, easy going estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It’s even just an honour to have been in her company. Her energy radiates when you are stood next to her. She is beyond incredible. My life improved significantly after meeting her. Thank you for being such a friendly and affable woman. I will always recommend to tons simply because of her.

A quick review to mention the service I received from Foxtons Watford branch.<br><br>I was first shown around the property with Dan. He did the original negotiation with the seller, following up with any queries I had in a very polite and responsive manner. Once the offer was accepted I was introduced to Amber and Jamie who dealt with bridging the gap between both our solicitors, myself and the seller. I was always kept in the loop at each stage. The whole team were very approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.<br><br>Keep up the good work!

We met Tilly when we found our home, Tilly has been so great at fitting us in as soon as I found the property. She was friendly, prompt, very responsive and walked us through it all - she advocated for us to get a deep clean and sorted out a garden clean too - would definitely go with Foxtons/ Tilly again and would recommend them to anyone moving

Brilliant service from Ellie! ??<br><br>Ellie was absolutely lovely and made the whole viewing experience so so easy!<br>She was really friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of our questions without making us feel rushed.<br><br>You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable.<br>A really positive experience and a credit to the estate agency. I have consistently had bad experiences looking for a flat through Foxtons in both Ealing and Guildford. This goes to show it is the mentality of the agency, rather than just a branch problem. Essentially, the lettings team will not admit that flats advertised are no longer available, and will offer to show you suitable flats based on your criteria. On most occasions, nearly all the flats did not meet my requirements (furtnished when I need unfurtnished, available after my move in date, etc). This is just a waste of time, which in the end may push some applicants to accept a flat out of need. It would be far better to admit there is nothing suitable right now, and let you pursue other agencies. Agents hunt commision and do not really care for their applicants and tenants. On the last occasion I was looking for a flat, the letting agent was talking about how obstructive tenants are these days, by not allowing unlimited access to flats for the new applicants. That should have been a warning sign.

Purchased a property from Rory and Euan. It was an overall great experience, with really strong communication and friendly service from both.
Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing
multiple times.
Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive.
This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell. Thanks very much to Rory and Euan for all their help.

Booked a viewing to purchase a property. Was told I would receive an email/ text to confirm my viewing, nothing. 4 hours before the viewing I get a text saying viewing was cancelled and I was asked to reschedule. I replied back saying that if I would still be able to view the second property- no reply. I then asked what day works best for him to reschedule- no reply. Complete lack of professionalism and communication this team member at Foxtons. No replies, no heads up and no communication on alternatives anything at all.

I was a ex-landlord of a property .<br>I sold my property which was on let through this agent.<br>But they have not paid net rent and have ignored my request to provide me the final statement.<br>I am very surprised and disappointed with their poor service.

I was looking for a flat on quite a tight timetable and lived a considerable distance from London which made it tricky. However, Leon was excellent and I cannot rate him highly enough. He was patient, kind and really took the time to show me the right properties. He worked around my difficult logistics and encouraged me even when I had been disillusioned by other agencies! I always felt in safe hands and trusted his judgement. His follow up was also excellent; keeping me informed every step of the way and stepping in to ensure things went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was only too willing to answer my myriad of questions! I am now happily settled due to his commitment and professionalism in helping me find the right property. Thank you!
