We had the most positive experience with Almer when it came to finding our next flat! After lots of viewings with other agents and companies, we had been feeling quite deflated, however Almer completely turned that around. He really listened to what we were looking for in a property and promptly arranged a viewing for an upcoming flat that ticked all the boxes. On the day of the viewing, he came prepared with all the key information about the property, which we really appreciated, and took the time to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Almer has such a kind manner and was incredibly professional throughout the whole process. After we put in our offer and it was accepted that same day, he worked so hard to get everything organised for a speedy move-in. We really can't thank him enough for going above and beyond, even working over the weekend to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible.<br><br>Moving can be a stressful process, but Almer made it feel so much easier. We couldn't be more appreciative of all the time and effort he put in to help us, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his clients. Manon helped me find my rental flat and made sure the whole thing went smoothly. Very communicative agent and she created an easy process. She took the stress out of it and wasn’t pushy like other agents I have experienced. I also had excellent help from Jodie at Foxtons as part of my search. A great service all round.
