It’s a challenging market now and the house is old… meaning “character” for some and “too much needed to modernise”, for others. Foxtons was down to earth and practical at all times, understood the psychology of potential buyers as a group and gave optimal advise. I believe we got the best price we were likely to get.

Really appreciate the help from Oram. We viewed two homes with him, and although they weren't the right fit, he was a massive help. He shared a lot of his own experience and local knowledge about the area, and he also took the time to explain the May 1st Act and how it impacts us as tenants, which helped us gain a much better understanding of it.

We bought our first home through Foxtons Stratford and were really impressed with the whole team and the support they provided throughout the process.
In particular, our main contact De’Andre was incredibly conscientious and thoughtful. He was proactive in keeping us updated and always very quick to follow up on any questions or issues that arose. We really appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and warmth, which made the experience far less daunting as first?time buyers.

I would like to share my experience with landlords who are thinking of using Foxtons letting services. Foxtons will be very happy to take full year commission from you the moment they have found a tenant for you but they will not refund you in cash if your tenant moves out early say after month 2 in my case. They will not return you the commission even if you no longer wish to rent out your property. Be very careful if you are considering using Foxtons. I see the business practice as totally unfair and have shared with all my neighbours and community groups. People need to be aware of it. I will share it over the social platforms as well to promote awareness. Think about selling your property through Foxtons. Would you want to use a company like this? I wouldn’t.

I recently moved to the UK and was completely overwhelmed by the rental process. Being new to the country, I was unfamiliar with the rules and requirements for securing accommodation, but Lilly from Foxtons Guildford was an absolute lifesaver.
She went above and beyond her job description—she actually met me at the train station and drove me to several different viewings, which was incredibly helpful as I was still finding my way around. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect home for me.
As English is not my first language, I was worried about the complicated paperwork, but Lilly was so patient. She explained everything in very simple, clear terms so I felt confident in every decision. Even after the deal was closed with the landlord, she has stayed in touch to make sure I am settled.
If you are looking for an agent who is professional, kind, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Lilly!

I purchased a flat in beckenham via Foxtons in Bromley who gave me a10/10 quality service . I dealt with Stephen Waller in the branch who offered an impeccable service from the moment I first met him.
He kept in touch through out the transaction, was always polite and professional, was constantly liasing with the solicitors and was a great help .

Foxtons have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I am beyond impressed. I have been dealing primarily with Nathan, who has been fantastic. They were so determined to sell my property from the start and did just that (and quickly) when other agencies failed. Nathan’s communication has been great the whole way through and he has kept me at ease during what can be a very stressful time! Thank you!
