We had the most positive experience with Almer when it came to finding our next flat! After lots of viewings with other agents and companies, we had been feeling quite deflated, however Almer completely turned that around. He really listened to what we were looking for in a property and promptly arranged a viewing for an upcoming flat that ticked all the boxes. On the day of the viewing, he came prepared with all the key information about the property, which we really appreciated, and took the time to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Almer has such a kind manner and was incredibly professional throughout the whole process. After we put in our offer and it was accepted that same day, he worked so hard to get everything organised for a speedy move-in. We really can't thank him enough for going above and beyond, even working over the weekend to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible.<br><br>Moving can be a stressful process, but Almer made it feel so much easier. We couldn't be more appreciative of all the time and effort he put in to help us, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his clients. I rarely leave reviews, but in this case it’s fully deserved. William Richardson delivered an exceptional level of service from start to finish. After my tenant only remained in the property for five months, William managed to re-let my property within just one day and at a higher rental figure. That level of efficiency, professionalism, and market understanding is incredibly rare.
What impressed me most was not just the speed, but the confidence and reassurance throughout the process. William remained proactive, communicative, and completely in control at every stage. In a market where many agents simply react, William genuinely leads from the front.
It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in achieving the best outcome for their clients rather than simply going through the motions. His work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure deserve real recognition.
A true asset to Foxtons and someone I would highly recommend to any landlord looking for results, professionalism, and peace of mind.

My wife and I would like to say how grateful we are to Mr Stephen Waller of Foxton’s, Bromley for all his help while we’ve been buying our flat.<br><br>Stephen is always professional and diligent, which is what anyone buying or selling property wants, of course. But he goes far beyond this through his kindness and the effort he puts in for his clients. He has kept us informed about the whole buying process and regularly went beyond and above what we expected by often checking details with the seller even before we had thought of asking about them!<br><br>Stephen’s a very thoughtful and empathetic person and we will always regard ourselves as very lucky to have had him helping us. Also, we’ll never forget Stephen’s kind message when he heard that our oldest dog had passed away last month.<br><br>When you’re buying or selling a property, you don’t want someone who you have to kick into action, someone who really is just going through the motions. You want someone who cares and tries his or her best for you, someone who is proactive and an expert at what he does. Stephen is this and more and we’d recommend him to anyone.

Foxtons have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I am beyond impressed. I have been dealing primarily with Nathan, who has been fantastic. They were so determined to sell my property from the start and did just that (and quickly) when other agencies failed. Nathan’s communication has been great the whole way through and he has kept me at ease during what can be a very stressful time! Thank you!
