Anthony was a real help throughout the purchase of our flat. He had a good understanding of what we were looking for and showed us properties that matched our criteria well. We particularly appreciated that he arranged a viewing for us before the flat was publicly listed. He communicated clearly and was always responsive, which made the whole process feel smooth. I'd happily recommend him to prospective buyers and sellers.

Mitch was great on the purchase of our first home. Super professional where it mattered, but still really friendly and approachable. He was also responsive when there were issues/questions and helped to keep things moving along. Would definitely recommend working with Mitch if you are looking for your new home ??????

Thanks to KFH for supporting the sale of my flat. I was initially hesitant to pay the "premium" price for KFH vs their competitors in Tooting and also felt my flat might sell itself. However, I now recommend KFH to everyone. Their support throughout the sale process was a weight off my mind and I truly believe they helped us get to exchange.

After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made.
They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken.
Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional.
We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

Brilliant service from KFH, especially Joe who helped us find a lovely flat in Battersea. We had a pretty fixed opinion of what we wanted when we first started looking with very little real knowledge (!), but Joe’s local expertise and advice helped us to understand the area much better, really adding value. Thanks to the whole team for making the purchase such an easy process!

So pleased with KFH Bayswater team as they sold my property within 3 months! Paul the manager is extremely knowledgeable of the market and local area demands.
