Anthony was a real help throughout the purchase of our flat. He had a good understanding of what we were looking for and showed us properties that matched our criteria well. We particularly appreciated that he arranged a viewing for us before the flat was publicly listed. He communicated clearly and was always responsive, which made the whole process feel smooth. Mitch was great on the purchase of our first home. Super professional where it mattered, but still really friendly and approachable. He was also responsive when there were issues/questions and helped to keep things moving along. Would definitely recommend working with Mitch if you are looking for your new home ??????

I have been letting my London property with KFH England's Lane for 15+ years. The staff are super helpful and friendly and they have found me some great tenants over the years. I would not use any other agent.

I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.

Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings.
Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol)
Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.

When the house I really wanted came back on the market - she quickly informed me and I was able to complete on the property. Given my unique circumstances - Deana and the KFH team where on hand to guide the process. It was a great experience
