We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with India . She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had, she was always happy to help and never once made us feel like we were being a bother.<br><br>What really stood out was how comfortable she made us feel. Staff were very pleasant. Always nice to deal with (unlike some estate agents). However the experience overall was a bit disappointing due to lack of second viewings and offers. It is a difficult market to sell London apartments but I did feel at times that we could have benefited from agents with a bit more ‘hustle’ and sales experience potentially.

Jack Ennis was a fantastic agent to work with throughout our flat search. He took us through a number of viewings and was endlessly patient as we worked out exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Lynne. From the very beginning right through to completion, she was there every step of the way, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.<br><br>Lynne was always proactive, approachable and incredibly responsive. She was constantly chasing things up, getting answers to our questions quickly, and keeping everyone moving in the right direction. I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.

Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings.
Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol)
Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.

I was looking for a rental in the area and out of 6 or so estate agents that I called, KFH genuinely took the time to understand what we needed and sorted us out quickly (which we needed)! They put in extra hours on evenings and weekends (including Sunday) to get us settled super quickly. Would highly recommend the KFH team - especially Temi and Anita.
