We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with India . She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had, she was always happy to help and never once made us feel like we were being a bother.<br><br>What really stood out was how comfortable she made us feel. Staff were very pleasant. Always nice to deal with (unlike some estate agents). However the experience overall was a bit disappointing due to lack of second viewings and offers. It is a difficult market to sell London apartments but I did feel at times that we could have benefited from agents with a bit more ‘hustle’ and sales experience potentially.

Had a good experience selling my property with KFH and especially with the help of Henrietta Macer. She helped deal with tricky buyer's and got an offer on my flat not long after coming onboard.<br>I would say before this I wasn't overly impressed at the start, with the property overvalued and few other aspects but overall they got the job done which is what matters at the end of the day.

Always a pleasure to work with the team at KFH Crouch End. They’ve been letting agents on a couple of my rental properties for many years and always source great tenants and get great results. All of the team were fantastically supportive, and Tate in particular went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as it could have been under the circumstances. They handled viewings really well and helped us to secure an offer that matched our expectations. They did their very best to expedite the sale, and ensured we were fully informed at all times.
