I had a very positive experience with Junior, who showed me several apartments on Saturday morning in Crystal Palace. He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings.
Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions.
His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!

Just spoke to Dan on the phone who was incredibly rude and hostile towards me on the phone after he called to follow up and offer that was rejected from the buyer. He said he doesn’t want to waste his time speaking with people that aren’t serious so I asked him to remove me from the database. Astonished at his poor customer service.

Joshua from KFH Tooting was amazing. I came to view a flat, that he showed me around, and from that moment onwards he was super helpful and proactive in getting me what I needed and telling me what I needed to do. Awesome experience

I had a fantastic experience renting my flat through KFH . From the very first viewing to picking up the keys, Kirsten Maveric was incredibly kind, approachable, and responsive. Kirsten made what is usually a stressful process feel entirely straightforward and hassle-free. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property.

It's a good job flats in London largely sell themselves. The property was great, but I wouldn't choose to deal with this branch again. During viewings, the estate agent seemed barely present and offered very little information or engagement. Communication was noticeably better with other agencies I dealt with during my search. It was a shame that I had to deal with KFH to secure a property I otherwise really liked.

I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money.
I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

The agency has been very cooperative and helpful in finding us a beautiful property for rent.
