We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with India . She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had, she was always happy to help and never once made us feel like we were being a bother.<br><br>What really stood out was how comfortable she made us feel. While working with her, she became more than just our real estate agent — she felt like a friend and someone we could genuinely trust. Staff were very pleasant. Always nice to deal with (unlike some estate agents). However the experience overall was a bit disappointing due to lack of second viewings and offers. It is a difficult market to sell London apartments but I did feel at times that we could have benefited from agents with a bit more ‘hustle’ and sales experience potentially.

I have had a wonderful day experience with Jordan W from the Hammersmith branch! Literally from the second I called to book my viewing, Jordan was soo incredibly helpful and patient and kind. Which has made all the difference in what can be a very stressful process. He also showed me the property which I fell in love with and ended up renting. And honestly from start to finish I couldn’t fault him. He has been so helpful and kept me updated on all the processes, explaining everything in detail and just generally making the experience a lot more streamlined! Thank you so much Jordan!

Fantastic experience with KFH Highgate, and in particular Rian McLean. He was extremely professional, very clear in his communication, knew when to step in and when to step back when the owner was showing us around. Willing to come in very early to show us a property, even on a Saturday. Straight-talking without any of the usual "fluff" that comes with the industry. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Overall a great experience and I hope he is recognised for all his efforts!

Wholeheartedly recommend KFH Islington for a property sale. James and Pervin were both fantastic communicators throughout the process of selling my N1 leasehold flat in 2026 – they were knowledgeable, efficient and effective, and it was genuinely a pleasure to liaise with them.<br>Having shopped around for estate agents and found the ‘on paper’ offerings pretty similar, it was their smaller, long-standing sales team that swung my decision – and that really worked for me, as I always knew who I would be picking up the phone to, and I had continuity and expertise on hand throughout the process.<br>Many thanks to both James and Pervin for their help!
