I've been using KFH for over 10 years. This was the first time that I had dealt with the Fulham Broadway office. I've been really impressed with the excellent service provided from start to finish.
I'd really like to commend Peter Kasicki. One of the best agents I've ever used. He's really responsive and knowledgable. Peter dealt with my sometimes unusual requests speedily, efficiently and will good humour.

Harry Jones worked tirelessly for us to make sure a slightly tricky chain came through and we successfully exchanged on our sale. He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with.
