We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with India . She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had, she was always happy to help and never once made us feel like we were being a bother.<br><br>What really stood out was how comfortable she made us feel. While working with her, she became more than just our real estate agent — she felt like a friend and someone we could genuinely trust. Staff were very pleasant. Always nice to deal with (unlike some estate agents). However the experience overall was a bit disappointing due to lack of second viewings and offers. It is a difficult market to sell London apartments but I did feel at times that we could have benefited from agents with a bit more ‘hustle’ and sales experience potentially.

We purchased a property through KFH West Dulwich. Many months after our offer was accepted, we finally completed and moved in, to our surprise on that day the house didn’t resemble much the property we had agreed to buy.<br><br>Both front and back gardens had been completely neglected to the point where you can’t basically walk around, the carpets were in an appalling and unusable state. The house was so dirty that every surface was covered in dust and mouse droppings, there were spider webs throughout the property, and it was clear that no effort had been made to leave the home in a reasonable state for its new owners.<br><br>When we raised our concerns, the estate agent responded that their role was basically to hand over the keys. While we understand that the condition of the property is ultimately the seller’s responsibility, we would have expected the agency to provide at least some guidance to them about leaving a property in a presentable condition for completion, especially since we were patient enough to wait much longer than the original estimate date.<br><br>What should have been an exciting day turned into a disappointment within the first ten minutes of walking through the door. The lack of care from the sellers, left a very an awful impression, when you pay over a £1m for a house, one would expect some decency from the agents and the sellers to leave the place in a nice state.

Although I have not rented with this agency I really want to praise one of its agents Nye Newcombe for being an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kind, understanding and feels like actually works to find what’s best for you, not just lining his pockets. A breath a fresh air in the current renting climate…

We had Holly as part of our buying process. She is friendly and approachable and kept in contact regularly. The asking price was not realistic and I don't believe much support was provided to the sellers to help reach an agreement earlier. We were also constantly being chased for things that the sellers (KFH's client) had not completed/handled, causing additional stress and cost to us as buyers.
