We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with India . She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had, she was always happy to help and never once made us feel like we were being a bother.<br><br>What really stood out was how comfortable she made us feel. While working with her, she became more than just our real estate agent — she felt like a friend and someone we could genuinely trust. Staff were very pleasant. Always nice to deal with (unlike some estate agents). However the experience overall was a bit disappointing due to lack of second viewings and offers. It is a difficult market to sell London apartments but I did feel at times that we could have benefited from agents with a bit more ‘hustle’ and sales experience potentially.

We recently completed our sale with KFH Kingston. James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I cannot recommend Giulia Mazzucoo from KFH Battersea Park highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey of purchasing my first apartment in the UK.<br><br>From the very beginning, Giulia was incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely committed to helping me find the right property. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and, thanks to her exceptional attention to detail and understanding of my needs, she helped me find an apartment that I am genuinely so happy with.<br><br>As this was my first time purchasing a property in the UK, there were many parts of the process that were completely new to me. Giulia made the entire journey feel incredibly smooth and reassuring. I had a very positive experience with Junior, who showed me several apartments on Saturday morning in Crystal Palace. He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings.
Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions.
