Outstanding service from start to finish, from Matins & co / Ellies and our landlady have been incredibly prompt, helpful, and considerate throughout my time here. Communication is seamless, and any issues are always resolved quickly. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a agency and landlady.

We rented a flat with Martin & Co in Farnborough and honestly it was a very smooth and great experience.<br>I don't usually write a review but they truly deserve the recognition. The team was professional, helpful, fair and genuinely decent throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured or that things were simply about money, which is unfortunately not always the case with other letting agencies.<br><br>If we moved back to Farnboroug one day , we'll definitely rent through them, we can't recommend them enough.<br><br>A special thank you to the property manager Gemma Flurry ,who was always there helping and sorting out any issue. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference.

Some of the property management agents at Martin & Co are polite and respectful. They respond quickly and answer questions promptly. I would like to give my thanks to Emily.<br><br>I had a difficult experience when I was locked into my apartment on a particularly hot day, called the emergency line and then had to call a locksmith. No one answered the emergency line after sending a text and leaving voicemails. They didn’t even believe the lock had an issue until their locksmith came. I was left with a bill of £180 and was promised my the agent that I would be refunded. This never happened. Worst experience ever.

Extremely disappointing and weak service. Martin and Co presided over the collapse of our house sale after 7 months and in the week we were due to exchange after having spent a large amount of money and time. We’ve complained to the Ombudsman and are confident they will find in our favour. We would NOT recommend Martin and Co, and particularly so called ‘consultant’ Carl Hemming in any way.

Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent
