I was using a previous letting agent but in the changeover have been very pleased with Martin and Co. Ella, Adam & Diane have been particularly helpful in negotiating fair rent and getting any repairs done that needed doing. I have found them very good at what they do. Once again Ella and her team been very professional, this time in the smooth running transition between tenancies. If Ella was not available then other members were more than able to assist with queries. I had compliments from the tenants moving out as to what had contributed to an enjoyable tenancy for which Martin & Co must take some of the credit in how they responded to the tenants issues taking the stress out of potentially stressful situations. I am a landlord with Martin and Co and I have found their service exceptional. I used another large agency previously, and the quality comparison between the two has been insane - in Martin and Co's favour. Will was fantastic at onboarding the property and getting everything arranged. A special mention to George Smith who is my Property Manager. He is absolutely spectacular at his job. He is prompt at responding and arranging maintenance to fix any issues. He is very fair at communicating and has both the tenants best interests at heart whilst also ensuring my property is well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Co Truro and would push George to go for some form of industry award for client service, as he has been, as mentioned previously, spectacular.... Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.... Read more

I had no property viewings and ended the contract. Communication was poor, with promised weekly updates not being made and the excuses for not being able to generate interest in my house were ridiculous. For example my village doesn't have a train station! Not proactive in anyway, asking me for suggestions as to what they could do, to do their job. Expected the online platforms to do all the work....
