Very bad experience with Mart & Co.
The flat looked renovated at first, but it was actually very old with many problems. There was serious mould and water damage on the walls, which made living there very uncomfortable. When we reported the mould, we were told it was our responsibility, even though it was clearly a problem with the property.
There was also an ongoing electricity issue. The person who came to check it told us this was an old problem with the property and that it might never be fully fixed. Despite this, we had to live with it for 8 months.
Whenever we reported problems, we were often blamed instead of being helped. At the end of the tenancy they also started pointing out small issues and blaming us for them.
Overall, this was a very stressful experience and I would not recommend renting through Mart & Co.

Really poor customer service. Very dismissive when asked to view a property, refused to take any details of our position that we are on the market or the cash buying options. Very disappointing compared to other agents we have used in the area.

Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall.
They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying.
Respond:
The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service.
They just want to get your money from the deposit.
Don't trust them !
