We decided to instruct Good child's to sell our property for us as we felt we were getting value for money with what they offered.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions.
Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date.
The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers.
Highly recommended!

We have sold our house and purchasing a new property with Newton Fallowell and cannot thank Georgina enough for all her help during this time. Georgina has been extremely professional, very open and honest and always available either by email or telephone which I believe is of great importance when dealing with a house sale or purchase. I had an excellent experience with Newton Fallowell Coalville during my recent house move. I sold my house and bought my new home through them, and the whole process was handled incredibly well from start to finish.
Ashley and Samantha in the office were fantastic throughout. Their communication was excellent, they kept me regularly updated, were always quick to respond to questions, and were so helpful and reassuring whenever anything came up. Both parts of the chain were clearly communicated and managed really smoothly, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier.
Their professionalism, organisation and support really stood out, and I’m so grateful to Ashley and Samantha for helping make my move such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

Throughout the process we were kept updated by Maisie and we appreciated her checking in, at times even just to say they were waiting on specific things. Taking this approach made us feel relaxed and saved us having to feel as though we were chasing.
Equally, whenever we had any questions, no matter what they were, Maisie to would either answer immediately, or she’d research it and come back to us.
In conclusion, it was a very calm and favourable experience. Thank you.
