We're first time landlords and have been dealing largely with Nicola. Northwood are now providing management for our property. We originally contacted Northwood during our purchase and Nicola was very helpful during this time and provided lots of valuable help before we even completed on the property let alone paid for any services from Northwood. We strongly recommend the service she and her colleagues have provided us. We said up front we were happy to pay a fair price but need lots of guidance and help. They have totally come through on this promise, helping with the compliance requirements as well as rent collection etc. as you would expect. Barnard Marcus is an awful company, treating customers as they please. They may start ignoring you, not responding to calls and emails, never fulfil their promises and delay the return of your deposit. Lack of their internal communication between Sutton and Leighton Buzzard branches are laughable. One branch tells you one thing, another branch something else. They can't even make an effort by talking to each other. Avoid at all cost.... Read more
