The team have been excellent. The are knowledgeable and friendly . The valuer understood my needs , explained what I needed to do ( which was just a tidy and personal item declutter - much less than I was prepaying for thankfully and the house was priced accordingly. As soon as I was ready my property was photographed Wednesday evening and a sneak peek live steamed with success - Friday evening the property went live - the next day a number of prospective buyers came & a very attractive offers were made and one was accepted . I highly recommend this team they really know what they are doing !

Jodie was very quick to attend to a difficult situation we found ourselves in at short notice. Her attentive assistance put us at ease whilst dealing with the situation out of our control. Northwood are what an Estate Agent should be ! They have kept me informed throughout the process and answered any queries that I had immediately.
