Ally and the team at Northwood in Sandbach have been excellent. They allow multiple visits to the property of interest. Ally is very informative about the properties that are being sold. Rob has also been most helpful during negotiations. They keep you informed of progress at all times which is reassuring, even setting up a WhatsApp group so that you can ask questions and keep up to date with the progress of your purchase.

Northwood Letting have been great when I recently went through a change of occupancy at the flat I rent in Bristol.
Any communications I’ve had with the staff at the branch has been excellent (special mention to Anne and Matthew) for answering my queries efficiently and promptly. They’ve made what was a stressful process, incredibly smooth! I would happily recommend the Northwood branch to anyone.

We're first time landlords and have been dealing largely with Nicola. Northwood are now providing management for our property. We originally contacted Northwood during our purchase and Nicola was very helpful during this time and provided lots of valuable help before we even completed on the property let alone paid for any services from Northwood. We strongly recommend the service she and her colleagues have provided us. We said up front we were happy to pay a fair price but need lots of guidance and help. They have totally come through on this promise, helping with the compliance requirements as well as rent collection etc. as you would expect. Nicola is very responsive, helpful and organised and this has really taken away any stress that we were feeling about starting a property business.

Barnard Marcus is an awful company, treating customers as they please. They may start ignoring you, not responding to calls and emails, never fulfil their promises and delay the return of your deposit.
Lack of their internal communication between Sutton and Leighton Buzzard branches are laughable. One branch tells you one thing, another branch something else. They can't even make an effort by talking to each other. Avoid at all cost.

Firstly, for block management I'd give 7 stars if I could - in particular Debs is outstanding, top tier communication, and is on top of all issues, absolutely could not fault Debs and Northwood for this. I also use Northwood for managed tenancy, and would love to give 5 stars, as in most areas they have been brilliant, but are occasionally let down by timely communication and follow up, which can be frustrating. Overall though, they are much better than any other agents we have used, and would personally recommend them.

Communication was poor, on more than one occasion they provided information to us and another agent who was advertising a property that we were interested in buying upon selling ours, wrong information, providing details of another property.
Viewings were booked for our property without us confirming the time was convenient, on multiple occasions we had to call to check if any viewings were booked in, when this didn't happen we were given very little notice of viewings (in one instance this was only an hour).

My husband and I were both impressed by the the efficient and friendly way in which Ally showed us round the bungalow in Weston. She was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to make some very helpful suggestions.

Me and my partner are currently in the process of renting our first apartment together. We came into it feeling slightly nervous, however Northwood and Lenka in particular have been amazing and have made the process quick, easy and enjoyable!
