I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast.
My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc.
I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

Great experience with Northwood Cardiff. Can’t really fault them. Everyone who I had contact with was efficient and helpful. I must say that Paris particularly took really great photos and videos of my home.<br>It was sold STC within a couple of days of going on the market to the 2nd person who viewed it.<br>The legal process took months but Claire was always happy to update and reassure me.<br>All in all I really couldn’t be happier.

The most fantastic people I have every had to deal with in the real estate space. Very friendly, great communication and actually go to bat for both their clients (Tennants and landlords) Keneisha and Tia were very good at keeping open channels of communication and guided me through every step of the way. There were no barriers of entry and the helped to keep the process streamlined. They explained everything well and promptly responded to every query I had, no matter how small or big they were. If i ever leave this property, I will use Northwood again to find me a new home.
