First of all - wow. What an establishment. Superhero Jamie Ashford swooped in to save my faith in humanity. After continuous let downs from other estate agents, I was beginning to think the human race was only out for itself… until we were introduced to the North Street branch of Ocean. Jamie handled our tenancy application with professionalism, speed and rigour, despite various setbacks on our end.<br><br>We will be having a pint in the new flat in your honour, Jamie.

We simply cannot recommend the team highly enough for helping us purchase our first home!<br><br>From the very first viewing, Stacey was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, calm, patient and welcoming - making us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. She took the time to answer every question we had without ever making us feel like any question was too small or silly. Her welcome and genuine warmth meant we were able to truly relax and thoroughly enjoy viewing what is now our first home.<br><br>Throughout the purchase process, Lisa was our main point of contract and we honestly cannot thank her enough! Bought a property through Ocean in Westbury. Viewings were well handled with the estate agents knowledgeable about the property. Melissa in particular was great help throughout the purchase process, driving all parties, keeping me informed and working with me to progress the purchase. She dealt with every challenge that came up, being contactable by email and phone as best suited the discussion. Will definitely be working with Ocean again in the future!
