I can highly recommend Pattinson Estate Agents for a great local service. We found everyone we spoke to at the Wallsend branch, and auction team, to be friendly and professional - and our valuer Josh Cowey, was especially helpful and knowledgeable.<br>As we live out of the area, we depended on additional services from Pattinsons, such as - getting the EPC arranged, and accompanied viewings. Updates on potential buyer feedback and viewings were provided regularly, and it was useful getting text reminders whenever a viewing was scheduled.<br><br>One note of caution though - we were not happy at all with BridgeView Law (formerly Butterworths), who Pattinson recommended for our conveyancing. We received little-to-no communication from this firm, and our completion date was delayed by almost 3 weeks as a result. We have listed again with Pattinson's on another property but we will not be using BridgeView again.... Read more
