Shannon Lethaby, at Webers, dealt with the sale of my property. Like much of the country there has been a downturn in the housing market in North Devon. As such it took a while to sell my house, but Shannon was determined and made sure she got the right buyers through the door. The sale process itself turned out to be unbelievably complicated due to a solicitor in the chain, however Shannon's communication, and constant updates helped keep the process moving, especially at a point where other estate agents in the chain had seemingly lost interest. Webbers from the start were great very transparent on what was achievable but also listen to our thoughts and goals Connor was really good at listening and advising us throughout. When we had to deal with Connor’s colleagues with viewings and phone calls I couldn’t fault there professional manner.
