They have always been amazingly professional and efficient, and lovely to deal with too. Special mention to Nadya, David and Roni. That’s why we keep coming back! Highly recommended!
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)What stands out for me with Foxtons was the ongoing support to ensure as smooth as sale as possible. Foxtons Hemel sold my parents home (marketing, viewing, feedback, all excellent service), however the star had to be Jack (based at Watford) who managed the process once the offer had been secured. Jack kept everyone up to date, and given the totally unforseen circumstances we found ourselves in, still held the chain together. Happy to say completed today. Recommend Foxtons if you are selling in the Watford / Kings Langley / Hemel area

They made the whole process from beginning to the end as easy as possible for me. They were all extremely sensitive to my situation and made me take my time with each process. I can't thank them enough.

Collinson Hall were easy to reach, they had a proactive approach to communicating with us throughout and it feels like they took the lead amongst the various agents in our 7-vender chain which I appreciated. Michèle Austin was the contact we worked most closely with and she was professional throughout and guided us through the ups and downs, as the chain evolved through the 11.5 months from property viewing to completion.

After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. I then made an online enquiry about a property that had unfortunately already been sold but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because that’s when Wendy stepped in. From that moment on, Wendy went above and beyond. She took the time to truly understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of price, location, and the type of home I wanted. Thanks to her dedication and persistence, she helped me secure the ideal flat in the right location, at the right price, and without any stress. She kept me informed at every stage and made sure to chase all parties concerned. Really professional service and I’d happily recommend them.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)They say bad news travels fast but I believe good news should travel even faster, whilst my buying journey is just in its early stages, the experience I have had to date has been extrenely genuinely . My initial phone call was answered by Jack, and having coming from a sales background I find myself spotting a 'sales process' a mile off, which usually shows itself in the form of an over bearing and quite frankly off putting interaction that a lot of companies operate with. This is not the case for this company. Being able to actually have a genuine conversation with a considered person who's main concern was to find out more information so he could simply help me better. Sincere and refreshing. Whilst we havent found 'the one' yet. I have no doubt in the future we certainly will. Thank you Jack and Akeman
