They were professional, patient, super helpful (more than our actual lawyers), and got things moving for us to progress through the process. TBH our personal experience of buying the house was awful due to our lawyers but Gary from Connells was the only person that kept us sane.. also bonus he has a good sense of humour! Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property!

I live 120 miles away and dealing with needs and expectations of the various tenants were at times, quite demanding. Marianne seemed to take all of this in her stride and we've had a good working relationship.<br>I would have carried on but advancing age and recent changes in legislation have persuaded me to sell the property. I have no hesitation in recommending both Mortemore Mackey and Marianne.

The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

My brother and myself dealt with Hefina to sell our mother’s house - Hefina dealt with us from valuation to sale in a professional manner at all times, responding to our questions promptly and keeping us up-to-date every step of the way. They kindly arranged two viewings for us and even accommodated a last-minute EICR inspection along with a pre-exchange viewing, which we really appreciated. 30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market.
