Chiara being the main one was absolutely amazing and supported me throughout the paperwork. Evie, Steph and Laura also very very supportive and kind. They gave me advice and guided me through the process. The team is amazing and I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.

When we got everything confirmed, Louise and Nicola were incredibly helpful and made the process so simple. Would definitely recommend!

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)By far the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with, particularly Callum Dipple and Christopher Kirby. I have received little to no information from them despite paying a holding deposit. I consider their practices to be unprofessional and quite frankly unethical.

From start to finish, the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely committed to helping me secure my wonderful new home. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made the journey feel smooth and well supported throughout. Julia was always approachable, knowledgeable and incredibly patient, keeping me informed at every stage and answering any questions I had with clarity and reassurance. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
