16th Jun 2022 (3 years ago)As always CJ Hole provided an excellent service selling my home from start to finish, I have previously used the Henleaze office, this time it was the Westbury-on-Trym office, and they have been equally good.
8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was very pleased with the service I received and how quick I received notification of the sale of the house maggs and Alan helped me every step of the sale never sold a house before so didenmt have a clue what to do so very much appreciated the help I received- 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I moved my sale to CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym after a poor experience with another estate agent, and the difference was immediate. Rob’s valuation was spot on and clearly based on a strong understanding of the local market. The marketing was excellent and the team moved quickly to get the property in front of serious buyers. Dan and the team who handled the viewings did a great job presenting the house, while Charlie kept everything organised and moving smoothly. Most importantly, they were proactive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. They exceeded expectations and helped me find the right buyer. A big thank you to Rob, Dan, Charlie and the team. I’d happily recommend CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym to anyone selling their home.
20th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Our buyer’s position (which Connells knew about from the start, but didn’t tell us) meant that there were significant delays, and it would have helped us a LOT had they explained it to us at the start. Furthermore, there was virtually no sales progression from Connells until we started piling the pressure on. All in all, it was an extremely stressful sale that took a long time (almost seven months in total from the date of us accepting the offer, despite there being no chain at either end), due in part to Connells not giving us all the relevant information, and to them being very relaxed when it came to progressing the sale. We did get it done though, finally. Would have given Connells one star, but have upped it to two stars as they did pull out the stops at the end and started being more helpful and communicative, which we appreciated. I certainly wouldn’t use them again though.
28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I had a really positive experience selling my flat through Ocean and Sadie was fantastic throughout — friendly, responsive and always easy to deal with. The process took longer than expected due to delays on the buyer’s side, but Sadie kept things moving and kept me well informed at every stage. I always felt supported and reassured during this stressful time. I’d happily recommend Sadie and the team and am very grateful for all her help.

8th May 2021 (4 years ago)Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell! Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews. Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed. You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service! We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money. We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out. Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!

Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but the team made the entire transition from the initial viewing to the key handover completely smooth and straightforward. I want to give a huge shout-out to Frankie in particular. Frankie was a massive help throughout the process—always professional, attentive, and ready to answer any questions I had. If you are looking for a reliable letting agency, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for making my move such a positive experience!

29th Apr 2025 (10 mo. ago)We viewed a commercial unit in March 2025. We liked the unit and so were asked to put forward a proposal as there were other interested parties. We were then asked to put forward a further best and final offer. Following that, over one month later we have never heard from Alder King, despite chasing several times. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.
