19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

The company charges a lot for their service, yet there were so many mistakes on their part that literally cost us thousands of pounds that made me question the value of these services. In the hindsight I wish I had chosen a different agent.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Williamson &co. I tried to sell my house with them from July until December with no success. I found communication was really poor, sometimes viewings were cancelled and I was not informed. If I called to find out what was happening my calls were rarely returned and I found I needed to repeat myself often as staff did not relay messages to each other. I was continuously asked about whether I would consider renting the property if it doesn't sell even though I explained this would not work for me. Once I changed to a different agent my house sold within 3 weeks for the price I wanted and I have now completed. I feel that Williamson and co being unresponsive could have lost the interest of potential buyers.

16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)????? We had a really great experience with Taylors Sales and Letting Agents – Roath, especially Aidan King (Senior Lettings Negotiator), who supported us from day one. Aidan was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We found a lovely flat, and everything was completed within just 3 days - super quick and easy! This was honestly one of the best moving experiences we’ve had. A big thank you to Aidan and the Taylors team — highly recommended!??????????

15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)The team have been excellent. The are knowledgeable and friendly . The valuer understood my needs , explained what I needed to do ( which was just a tidy and personal item declutter - much less than I was prepaying for thankfully and the house was priced accordingly. As soon as I was ready my property was photographed Wednesday evening and a sneak peek live steamed with success - Friday evening the property went live - the next day a number of prospective buyers came & a very attractive offers were made and one was accepted . I highly recommend this team they really know what they are doing !
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I have dealt with the Cardiff branch in Whitchurch road for the past 3 years . Rhys , Phil, Dan & Ethan , have gone above & beyond to always help me , when needed . They are a terrific team & work so well together . Nothing is to much trouble to put them selfs out. As before they have found me my second rental property with Belvoir, straight away . Im so pleased at my new address , hopefully I will be able to stay at this property, as it idea for work , shops & above all its ground floor. I have been on the Cardiff county council housing list for 12 years , having no success . These guys deserve a medal . Thanks Belvoir , for making me feel happy & safe in my new Rental property. I don’t know what else to add , just two words . Incredible & outstanding. Thanks guys , so professional ????

The knowledge of the market, valuation, and prediction of how the sale would proceed was spot on. All the staff were very friendly and updates/communication were quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tathams service to anyone.

Andy is always available, calm, knowledgeable, helpful and cannot do enough. If you’re looking for someone who has a personal approach, the knowledge and skill to sell your property for the best price, Andy can do it! I cannot recommend him enough, it’s been outstanding both times!

Life threw quite a few curveballs our way, but Dane consistently turned those lemons into the most delicious lemonade! Dane's commitment was unwavering. He arranged and communicated countless viewings, always keeping me informed and up-to-date with feedback and responses. His professionalism was outstanding, and his communication was consistently excellent. I know I put Dane through his paces, and he earned every penny! What truly set Dane apart was his unique approach. I was genuinely touched by his hand-written letter, a personal touch you rarely see these days. And the tea bag he included? It made a truly delightful cup of tea! Honestly, Dane is the best estate agent anyone could ask for. He and his team have all been approachable and highly competent. He got it on the market very quickly with beautifully professional photos, floorplan and details that demonstrated the attention to detail he had promised us.
