After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)? Value for money, we spend nothing. The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.

8th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Unfortunately, for us Jeffrey Ross have not lived up to their reputation and the service which we expected. Whilst the staff have been friendly and overall communication has been pretty good, initially it was very difficult to make contact. Whilst we have been able to get an offer accepted on the house, there was very little interest/viewings which we think may have been due to the zero other promotion of our house other than listing it on their website and the usual right move etc, and even then the house description was incredibly limited and poor, and weeks later we are still waiting for a sign.

On this occasion he has gone beyond his job by notifying me of a repair outside that I, nor my tenant noticed that I am now able to address. 6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
