From the very beginning, there was a real sense of urgency due to my situation, and there were quite a few obstacles along the way. Despite this, Eren and Alex were incredibly supportive, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, chased things up when needed, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. What really stood out was their determination to pull through despite the challenges. They didn’t give up when things became complicated, and they genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment made a huge difference. Lesley and the team were professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The whole process was dealt with smoothly, with any queries dealt with promptly and reassuringly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as they really did make what can be a stressful time, that bit easier for us! Thank you Cromwells

5th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)After several years of renting my two-bedroom home through both the council and privately, I contacted a well-known agent after renovating the property to excellent standards in order to increase the rental price. A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

27th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I certainly had a number of issues selling my property.Dave and the team were brilliant in solving problems and moving the deal along. When the buyers' surveyor recommeded some structural work, Northwoods found a builder and made sure the work was done quickly and to a high standard. In the end we had a very good outcome, with all parties more than happy. I would highly recomend them for their support and expertise. They were also really impressive in dealing with both sets of solicitors. A very big thank you!

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. Whilst many other estate agents are full of hot air, patronising and have no clue what they are doing, Jo and her team stand out from the crowd by being genuine, friendly, easily contactable and really good at their jobs. No overpromising or under delivering, Hestia’s know the business in and out and we felt in safe hands. They have a great eye for property and their photography is on point. We would happily buy or sell with Hestia’s again.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process.
