From our very first viewing through to completion, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Cray & Norton made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. They were always available to answer questions, kept us updated every step of the way, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving forward. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about helping us secure the perfect home.<br><br>What really stood out was their personal approach. We never felt like just another transaction; they took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the house we hope to stay in for many years to come.<br><br>We would highly recommend Cray & Norton to anyone looking to buy a property ????????
5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.
12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Recently let a property with Leaders - process was fast and pretty smooth. What I would say is how pro active Carol was in property management. Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

I am pleased with the high standard of service provided and confidently give a 5?star review to William.- 9th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We have been long-term clients of Mann Countrywide and recently experienced an issue with a property repair, both in terms of the cost and the underlying cause of the problem.<br><br>Leon stepped in as the Senior Property Manager and took ownership of the matter. He arranged for a contractor with a strong reputation to attend, and the repair was completed within 24 hours.<br><br>The contractor also provided a clear and thorough report, which helped us understand the cause of the issue much better. We really appreciated Leon's prompt action, professionalism and commitment to resolving the matter.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending the full property management service provided by the Countrywide Group.

(but all the staff there are good though). I found Harry to be very efficient and professional. He has great knowledge about the housing market and was always there to give good advice and support. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I was looking for, and her professionalism and dedication made everything smooth and stress free.<br><br>Unfortunately, during the process I came across another property that was a better fit for my preference. Despite this, Georgia remained understanding, supportive, and maintained excellent communication throughout.<br><br>Thank you once again for all your help and effort.
