From our very first viewing through to completion, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Cray & Norton made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. They were always available to answer questions, kept us updated every step of the way, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving forward. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about helping us secure the perfect home.<br><br>What really stood out was their personal approach. 14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Extremely dissatisfied with KFH. After paying thousands of pounds in move in moneys, I expected some sort of quality control check from the estate agent. The rental property was disgusting when we got handed the keys - broken beds, broken fridge/ freezer, filthy floors, damp, expired in 2021 smoke alarm and that is barely touching the sides of our complaints. It is shocking that not a single person in the company decided to check a property they represent before handing over the keys. After speaking to multiple people on the matter, KFH should be embarrassed of this situation and I will not be recommending KFH to anyone.- 3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Nadine was our contact throughout the process and has been extremely helpful! Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I was looking for, and her professionalism and dedication made everything smooth and stress free.<br><br>Unfortunately, during the process I came across another property that was a better fit for my preference. Despite this, Georgia remained understanding, supportive, and maintained excellent communication throughout.<br><br>Thank you once again for all your help and effort. I sincerely appreciate everything you did, and I’m sorry it didn’t work out as planned this time. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
