She has been dealing with a particularly problematic tenant and has kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout.<br><br>More recently, I received a court summons from the council relating to charges that should have been paid by the tenant. Aggie immediately took ownership of the matter, liaising directly with the council and providing all the necessary documentation to resolve the issue. Thanks to her prompt action and diligence, we did not have to attend court.<br><br>She also contacted the energy company on my behalf and ensured that my details were removed from the account, as the tenant was responsible for the utility bills. This saved me a significant amount of time and stress.<br>Aggie is professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>Her dedication and attention to detail have given me complete confidence that my property is being managed effectively. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional property manager.

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.

Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

As landlords, we needed thorough guidance through the entire rental process, and Sabrina was incredibly informative every step of the way. She expertly walked us through all the documentation and licensing requirements, ensuring everything was handled properly and efficiently. Her professionalism, knowledge, and support made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We couldn't recommend Sabrina and Goodfellows highly enough for landlord services!

Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.

She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I was looking for, and her professionalism and dedication made everything smooth and stress free.<br><br>Unfortunately, during the process I came across another property that was a better fit for my preference. Despite this, Georgia remained understanding, supportive, and maintained excellent communication throughout.<br><br>Thank you once again for all your help and effort. I sincerely appreciate everything you did, and I’m sorry it didn’t work out as planned this time. We rented our first home together through Martin and Co, and had a wonderful experience with the whole team - notably Annabel and James.<br><br>Renting for the first time can be nerve wracking, and we’d heard all the horror stories about unresponsive managing agents and other issues, but you’ll get none of that with Martin and Co. We stayed in the same property for three years, and this was largely due to the peace of mind we had from our interactions with the team.<br><br>Always quick to respond to any queries we have, and incredibly helpful through any rare teething issues with the flat. The team really care about their tenants and the properties they manage and it shows.
