13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I can’t recommend Tyler Millard and the team at Winkworth Streatham highly enough.<br><br>My flat went on the market in July 2025, and what became a much longer and more complicated selling journey than expected was made far easier by Tyler. I had three separate buyers, with onward-chain complications causing delays and lost sales, but throughout it all Tyler was absolutely brilliant.<br><br>His communication was consistently excellent. He kept me informed at every stage, was conscientious and punctual, and worked proactively to find new buyers whenever things didn’t go to plan. This was especially valuable when I found properties I wanted to offer on myself, as Tyler and the team worked hard to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really sets Tyler apart is his approach. He’s personable, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and has gumption. He understood my property, the buyers it would appeal to and what I was looking for in my onward purchase. When showing me properties, he listened carefully and never wasted my time.<br><br>Despite the length of the process, Tyler made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly enjoyable. He combines professionalism and determination with a genuinely friendly, human approach, which makes a real difference.<br><br>The whole team at Winkworth Streatham have been fantastic, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. From the moment we met the team, we felt confident that they would make it happen, and they absolutely delivered.<br><br>A special thank you to Arif, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. Every message was answered promptly, every question was handled with patience, and it always felt as though he was selling his own property rather than ours.<br><br>What really sets Arif apart is that he goes far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. He not only managed the sale professionally but also shared valuable advice and recommendations throughout the process, all of which proved to be incredibly helpful. I chose the worst time in history to try to sell my flat, but believe all the staff worked very hard on my behalf to find a buyer. At the time of writing, there might well still be a potential buyer! All the staff - Robert, Arjan, Torri and Jennie - were all so friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person.
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Huge thanks to Banji, he was brilliant, genuinely helpful, and even stayed late past 5 PM so I could get my keys and not be left stranded. He is the sole reason this isn't a 1-star review.<br>The agency itself is completely disjointed. Communication between departments is a mess, emails and calls are routinely ignored, and their reliance on third-party agencies makes simple tasks needlessly complicated. Internal miscommunication delayed my agreed move-in date by five days, leaving me to figure things out entirely on my own.<br>The absurdity peaked on move-in day. I pointed out an error in the initial draft which was completely ignored, forcing me to flag the exact same mistake after the document had already gone out for signatures. They retracted the contract on the morning of my move, didn't re-issue it until 3:30 PM, and then expected me to rush down to collect keys before their 5:00 PM close.<br>?Banji deserves all the credit for customer service, but management desperately needs to fix their internal communication and workflow.<br>All in all, not bad but not good either.<br>All the best.

Shaz was fantastic from beginning to end in the process.<br><br>He was proactive in communicating any issues or where myself of the seller needed to chase our solicitors. As well as providing advice through the entire process.<br><br>Brooks, and in particular Shaz, were the best part of the buying process and we would not have exchanged and completed at the speed at which we did without his work. Again could not recommend these Estate Agents more.

James & Annabel are capable, thorough and extremely personable; their information management is excellent and they were hugely proactive in how they managed the flat. So much so that when it came to sell, I used them for that as well (the sale was every bit as well executed as the management). I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly.
