Communication was always professional, friendly, and efficient, and Nathan was especially helpful with arranging viewings, answering questions, and keeping me updated throughout the process. The whole experience was handled smoothly and made far less stressful thanks to their support. I would definitely recommend Hamptons to others looking to rent.

They are all professional, hardworking and approachable and help to make selling your home as stress free as possible. Adam Fahy in particular is an exemplary employee. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly and helped me on many occasions to make house viewings run smoothly. He is an absolute asset to the company.

Miles, who handled my viewings and tenancy was very amenable and worked hard to obtain the answer to any questions that I had. Highly recommend!

4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)I called today to arrange a viewing for a property and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He asked who my current landlord was and which estate agency I had previously rented through. When I told him I had rented through Samuel Estates, he responded by saying he had never heard of them in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that point on, his attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was simply trying to enquire about a property viewing and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Customer service is an important part of any estate agency, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. From the initial viewing all the way through to collecting the keys Maxine was on hand to support us, always contactable and kept us updated throughout. During what was a stressful time for us, we really appreciated the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling. It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We had a really good experience with Lucy and the team at Platform Property.<br>From the start, they were friendly, responsive and easy to deal with, which made a big difference given how drawn out the process became. Communication was always clear, and we felt supported throughout.<br>Despite numerous check-ins from me we were always met with patience and good humour, which says a lot about the way they work.<br>Lucy in particular did an amazing job keeping things moving and staying on top of everything when challenges came up.<br>Overall, a genuinely positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Lucy and the wider team.

24th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)We recently sold our house in May, and we couldn’t have asked for better support than we received from Simon and Laura.<br><br>Simon was absolutely fantastic at liaising with all parties throughout the entire process, keeping everyone fully informed at every stage on both the legal and buying/selling sides of the transaction. His communication was excellent, and he always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>He was consistently available with helpful advice that was practical, pragmatic, and based on a wealth of experience. Whenever we needed guidance, Simon always had a sensible perspective on the next steps and often shared valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions.<br><br>It’s clear that Simon knows the local area and property market exceptionally well, and that knowledge gave us great confidence throughout the sale. We genuinely felt we were in very safe hands from start to finish.<br><br>Both Simon and Laura were incredibly dedicated and responsive, whether during the week, in the evenings, or even at weekends. They were always available for a call when needed and were completely on top of everything throughout the process.<br><br>We are extremely grateful for all their hard work and support and would not hesitate to recommend Simon and Flora to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We have previously tried to sell using other agents in the area and the level of service and relationship was night and day.
