8th May 2021 (4 years ago)We had a home buyers survey carried out by Jowett's and I'd struggle to recommend them. The survey missed several fairly obvious issues, and when I asked for further information on how to improve the energy efficiency of the property as this was commented on in the report I was given very generic advice which was totally non-specific to the property. Rather disappointing.

18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Awful. Constantly increasing the service charge, constantly adding new things to to the service charge so we have to pay more. In return we get nothing. The gutters aren't cleaned which has lead to mould, a leaking roof which they have been informed about several times, ignored emails etc. Industrial slum landlords that just want to suck the money from the tenants without doing a thing to earn it.

My situation with selling my house and buying the one from yourselfs was complex at times but with her understanding and support it went super smoothly Sharon is a a great ambassador for Hughes and Son's and I will be recommending her and your estate agents to any family or friends wanting to sell or rent a property. From the viewing to the office communication and support along the legal side of the purchase I can say that I received excellent communication. The staff are always friendly and supportive. The icing on the cake was the key collection, when we were also presented with a new home card and a box of beautiful chocolates locally made in knowle. Fantastic experience purchasing with Love Property. Highly recommend if you are selling/buying in Knowle, Solihull and surrounding area. Angela

Great communication from start to finish and although it took a little longer than anticipated it was a smooth transaction.
