27th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Asked for a rental quote on a property, they came out after 3 days to view the property which is standard. Then I had to Chase them after 4 days of non contact. They operate via whatapp and say all the staff and agents can view my messages and someone will respond back ASAP. I asked about the gold package etc. I then decided not to deal with these guys after ive left 3 messages and calls in 1 week. If I did sign a contract for these guys to get Tennants for me and when things go wrong they wont be in a rush to help or sort things out.. this for me is a red flag.. am glad I didn't go with Tutis in the end.. if this company can't be bothered to respond to you after 3 or 4 days then they probably won't respond if you have issues with your Tennants in your property..

They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’m new to the UK and not very sure about pretty much anything when it comes to renting, and they took the time to explain, share constant updates, guide me through the process, without as much as a frown - considering the number of times I called and asked for things. The house is great and clean, and the move in services are great as well. Hats off to both Molly and Richard. Always ask for them and they’ll get you sorted.

They handled my case professionally, even though the seller's side was sometimes unpredictable and caused delays outside their control.<br><br>Whenever I had questions or concerns, the team responded promptly and worked to resolve them efficiently, which I really appreciated. The only area where I think the experience could have been even better is proactive communication and regular updates throughout the process. Even a brief update from time to time would have provided additional reassurance.<br><br>That said, I'm satisfied with the service I received and grateful for their support in helping me complete my home purchase. Thank you to the team for seeing everything through to completion.
