16th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

26th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)After having our property on the market for 6months with John German and not having any luck we changed to scargill Mann they presented our property the best way they could we had a viewing every week and our house as sold subject to contract in 6 weeks

The process to get the house on the market was very quick and simple. Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.

He made the full process very smooth, proactively addressing our needs and communicating throughout. I would without any hesitation recommend Innes England and they will be my number one choice if I require any assistance with commercial properties in the future.
22nd May 2025 (9 mo. ago)The best estate agents ever!! Fantastic, friendly and always there to help and answer questions. There local knowledge and expertise sold my house. I can’t thank Tash and Ella enough for making my house sale run smoothly and quickly. From coming on the market it sold and completed in 11 weeks. Would highly recommend Benjamins. Fantastic solicitor recommendation as well. Thank you again for being amazing.

31st Jul 2024 (1 year ago)House got stuck on market due to increase in interest rates, value dropped and had to push to get sale through, but finally got there!
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

From the sales representative that answered my call with total lack of interest ,to the blatant ignoring of countless messages that I know were read but not acted on. I would certainly not list or buy a property from this company
