20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. Def worth considering this independent where we feel we got a more personal approach. Thanks again Vanilla Square!
3rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you

4th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)It is 39 years since we bought or sold a property. The information and support we received from Mark and his team, was superb. The communication of viewings was excellent, we had 44 viewings in a week and Melissa kept us informed at all stages.
6th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)I have a property that David and Emma manage. I have been very happy with their level of service and ease of the whole process. If you want a Property Management company that will make the whole process simple and straight forward. Then i recommend ProBrook Properties.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have to say if you ever speak to a female called Rachel at Bearsden she is the most condescending person I have ever spoken to in my life. She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! Will be doing my business elsewhere!!
19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Given 2 business hours to pay a deposit for a rental. The request made by email at 3.15 pm. I paid the deposit and was told the flat would be taken off the market. Another email 6 days later to say flat was no longer available. The flat remained on the market the whole time and still is. Whilst I now have my deposit back this is not how to do business. For time critical and key communication phone calls are a minimum. I have requested for assurances that my personal information given as part of the guarantor application process have been deleted, I have not yet received those assurances.

28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)I was a tenant for over two years in one of their properties with this company and It was amazing all through. From the staff to the housing processes. The most amazing part I would never leave out would be how committed to answering and coming over to the house or the property whenever we had any challenge or issues. They were really handsome and responsible. I’m truly amazed by these show of dedication and operational sense. Thanks guys
