From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and more than proactive throughout the entire process. Selling a home can feel daunting and overwhelming, but Steph made me feel completely at ease. She kept me up to date and informed every step of the way, always making sure I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. The whole teams dedication really stood out – they had three viewings booked in before we’d even had photos taken or the property had gone live, and my home was sold within just six days! What also meant a lot was that they kept in touch afterwards too – it never felt like just a tick-box exercise. Demi, Pat and Steph are amazing - would use them over and and over again!

They are always prompt, professional, and proactive when it comes to addressing any needs or repairs at the residence. Communication has been clear and efficient, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly. Their reliability and supportive approach make them a very dependable letting agency to work with. 30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Used Louis and team to sell my property. No sales bull on first meet, just straight honest advice and clear pricing. The house was sold fast at the right anticipated price. Anytime during the process I needed Louis to prod the buyer or solicitor he was all over it. He was a pleasure to deal with who delivered exactly what he said he would. Unlike the previous agent with the red boarding who royally screwed things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hindhead again next time.

11th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Couldn’t recommend Lovell enough. From the moment we met Eve for a valuation, we got a really good feeling that they were the right agent for us. The valuation was spot on, we sold in less than a week and they host all the viewings for you so it takes the stress away. All our viewings were arranged back to back on a Saturday to limit inconvenience. Lee who hosted the viewings took the time to visit beforehand and make notes on everything so he was fully prepared and knowledgable to answer any questions and promote the house at its best. Eve has been great following the sale keeping on top of the chain to make sure all ran smoothly right up until completion. I’m not moving again but if I were to, I wouldn’t go anywhere else
22nd Jan 2025 (1 year ago)I don't think they contact enough buyers and the right buyers for my house, it's a large bungalow, a family house but I think they are among it at old people and the garden puts them of as it's to big.
6th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Belvoir don’t seem to be flexible in terms of their viewing windows in my opinion. From my experience today, they expect potential buyers to work around them . I requested a viewing at a flat on Lowgate, to basically be told their that their property agent didn’t want the hassle of accommodating me. The manager then proceeded to tell me that they had lots of other viewings at the property, almost insinuating that they can afford to pick and choose bits of business here and there. As a vendor, I definitely wouldn’t be happy with this company!s sales approach. Especially given that I confirmed that I would be in a position to purchase immediately with no chain involved!

They have held my hand and supported me through a difficult time (selling a property on behalf of an elderly relative - their home for 60 years) and communicated constantly throughout. It is so refreshing to be able to have complete faith in a company - from the very first meeting, they have acted professionally, sensitively and with the utmost care. In addition, as I don't live in the area, I have relied on them for recommendations for legal and house clearing services - both of which were absolutely superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors.
