Moving from the United States was already a big task and MRC's willingness to work with us to overcome the hurdles and advocate for us to the landlord was essential in securing a flat. Everyone was pleasant and patient and we appreciate it.

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

The whole team Jane, Alice and Liz were fantastic, all viewings were accompanied and feedback was immediate and detailed. Particular thanks to Liz for progressing this through to completion for our family. I would highly recommend them.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)There are a lot of estate agents out there wanting to sell your property and a lot of them putting pressure on you to sell with them. I found that Philip Bannister put no I pressure on me when they came to value my property. Time was not an issue when doing the valuation. Everything was done professionally and explained in great detail. The staff are all very polite and extremely helpful when dealing with viewing appointments. The feedback y o u get is excellent even if there is no feedback they inform you that they called and unable to speak to the person who viewed your property. I have also viewed properties through Philip Bannister and again the staff are extremely helpful and professional. Unknown to me a friend is selling her property and after chatting she is using Philip Bannister and like myself she would highly recommend selling through them. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and were always available to answer my questions. I really appreciate their transparency and support, and I felt well taken care of as a tenant. 20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Having known people who have successfully sold through Symonds and Greenham and being impressed by their social media marketing they were my first choice of estate agents. Sadly my experience was not positive from the point of signing up onwards. Lack of communication throughout, photos taken for the listing but then nothing went out on social media and when I queried was told ‘that needed a different camera’ Why not do the two together instead of putting me to the bother of getting the house perfect for a second time, the video was never done at all despite several enquiries. Viewings were not always fed back in a timely manner, occasions I’ve just had to find out visiting the dashboard which often was not updated, other times it’s simply been a text message which I find incredibly rude. I’m the customer at least make the effort to speak to me rather than a cold text. Sadly due to all this and nearly a year on the market the house is still not sold and I ultimately made the decision to give notice to them. Would I recommend them, sadly no I would not!

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)??????????????????Never trust what they say.??????????????????<br>Always ask and email and call for few months then if they got time they might help you not %100 sure though.<br>I requested an HHSRS report which I really needed for applying for a visa for my family, I requested the report on the 23rd of febreuary and got an email confirmation saying house will be assessed by Emma Drummond and the report will be with me on the 25th of march, because I had an appointment with the home office and I needed to provide the letter emma never got back to me contacted leanne as she was the new responsible of our property and she asked emma about the report and she says ( I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DO IT) and it will be ready by the next week and that was 31 march and today is 18 april and she has sent me an email saying (I CAN DO IT THIS FRIDAY IF YOU STILL NEED IT). And all they say is if you need help contact emma I have no problem with emma and I haven't even seen her face BUT from the experiance I've had with her she can do nothing properly. UPDATE after giving the review I got an another email from emma threatning as if I don't delete my review she is not going to send me the report!!!!!! Do you think you r the only one can do it around here??? But the thing is you never show respect.<br>See prove attached.

They are always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and deal with any enquiries I may have efficiently and promptly. It is great to be able to speak to someone who can help and knows what they are doing

Throughout the whole process they were approachable, professional and provided sound advice to us. Although our ‘quick sale’ took longer than expected Claire was persistent in following up, chasing and keeping us informed- we felt that she was indeed proactively working for us as the clients which was not our experience with a previous sale through other agents. Thank you! We’d recommend Wigwam.
