25th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)We had an amazing service from Vic at Woodlands from start to finish. From the regular viewings for our property all the way to completion of the sale. He was friendly and helpful and kept us up to date with the progress of the sale all the way through, we had lots of problems with a solicitor but he helped us with this as much as he could and went over and above to ensure he relieved our anxieties as much as possible. I would recommend Vic and Woodlands to anyone who is selling their property, absolutely a great experience for a very stressful time!

21st Sep 2025 (26 weeks ago)They asked me my ethnicity when I called enquiring about a rental property. Not sure why that's important, however I assume it's because they are not keen renting to people from my Caribbean background because I never heard back from them.

25th Mar 2023 (2 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.
28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers
13th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)444 helped us with our first home in London ( Startford). We lived in that house for 2 years. Move in and move out process was very smooth. Any issues reported were fixed very promptly. Kaizer and Maryam are very professional and approachable. Highly recommend 444 services to tenants and landlords.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x

From the initial viewing to completion, the team was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. They kept us well informed at every stage, answered all of our questions promptly, and ensured the buying process moved smoothly. Purchasing a new build can sometimes feel complex, but their guidance and clear communication made everything much easier and less stressful. We especially appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to liaise with the developer and keep things on track. Overall, the service was friendly, efficient, and reliable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property and are very grateful for their support in helping us secure our new home!!
