27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Was recommended MOV8 from my mortgage advisor and as a first time buyer, can say everything went incredibly smoothly, all questions answered, all details explained well, really was an easy process. Would highly recommend and would use MOV8 again for any future property requirements.
22nd Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Deans have been great through the whole buying and selling process. Staff have been helpful through every step. As an NHS staff member they offered a discount on fees which has been great. Have no complaints only positive experiences.
20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I would highly recommend Amazing Results and Colin Jenkins to all looking to sell in the Fife area. From the first conversation, Colin’s expertise and local knowledge helped my selling experience a lot, especially having not been based in the area myself. My property went from listed to sold in 9 days, which is a credit to Colin’s work. It is a shame i’m not in the local area as i would most certainly use Amazing Results again.
15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

From listing to sale in just under three weeks, they guided us with expertise, care and professionalism. Selling a family home is never easy but we felt completely supported every step of the way. 6th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)If it was possible, I'd have given Abbey Forth zero stars. Here's my experience with them: The place I rented from Abbey Forth had not been cleaned when I moved in. It was in a disgusting state with several broken fixtures. I took many photos and informed them that, because I was having to clean my new flat, I wouldn't be paying for the place to be professionally cleaned when I moved out. Throughout my year at the property, they were unprofessional and unhelpful when other problems arose: trying to charge me for boiler repairs (a boiler which was leaking on day 1), failing to resolve a drainage issue outside the kitchen door and, worst of all, falling to resolve an infestation of slugs in the kitchen - an obvious health hazard. When I moved out, they unsurprisingly tried to deduct £190 from my deposit for cleaning. I successfully disputed this charge with the deposit scheme, using the pictures and emails I'd sent them over the length of the tenancy. The deposit scheme found that, as the property was not cleaned to a good condition for the start of the tenancy, that I should only having to pay £60 In summary: Abbey Forth is the worst estate agent I've ever used. Rude staff and a general ethos of trying to squeeze money out of tenants for as little effort as possible. Only sign up with them if you are desperate and have no other options. If this is the case, then please make sure you document everything for inevitable struggle to get your deposit back
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Would give 0 stars if I could, don’t go to them if you are thinking of renting through them, don’t go to them if you consider putting your property up for rent, don’t go to them if you want up to date emergency numbers for basic issues like plumbing, don’t go to them if you have a door handle that’s come off of a bedroom door and is now a fire safety issue (they still haven’t fixed it since first reported over 6 months ago), don’t go to them if you have any issues with a ceiling caving in thanks to a raw sewage leak (took about 40 days in all) nor don’t go to them about other people causing issues for you, as they refuse to deal with it, even if they have a duty of care for tenants suffering with said issues, or even investigate it for that matter. Might need the landlord to change letting agencies as these guys are utter clowns, dismissive and condescending. months of garbage from them.

I was selling the parents property (and dreading it), Jaqui from Innes Johnston was highly recommended so contact was made.Best descion ever. Jaqui is a very vibrant,positive person who has an energy and enthusiasm that is most infectious. The whole process has been a dream. Lovely meeting and talking with Jacqui and the staff are excellent, everything very well documented and communication was exceptional. I was kept up to date with all viewings and followed by viewing reports. Jacqui would even call jst for a quick check up and touch base which was also most reassuring when getting oodles of views but no bites. I thoroughly recommend Jacqui McAdam and her team and cannot thank them enough for all their hard work.

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you
18th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Great value for money agent - local independent company also! Lots of digital/social media marketing. As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.
9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Administration of the property leasing old school, no silly apps and speak to people which is great. However that’s where the good part comes ends. The problem is the inspector and the property manager. Poor landlord is suffering the consequence, a lot of inconsistencies in what they are saying to both parties, as is the poor tenant that relies on them To make matters worse lettings manager ignores complaints rather than properly investigating. Even after council report, no acknowledgment of issues. What can one do?
